Southern Charm Women’s Health is a gynecology and obstetrics practice serving Rockwall, Texas, and the surrounding Greater Dallas and East Texas communities. Founded by board-certified OB/GYN Dr. Karen K. Slabas, the practice has served the area since 2022. Its mission is to protect and promote women’s health through compassionate, personalized care, patient education, counseling, and evidence-based medicine. Dr. Slabas is also a master surgeon in robotic surgery, and the care team includes board-certified family nurse practitioner Taylor Merritt.

The practice provides care for women at every stage of life, including well-woman exams, Pap smears, menopause management, menstrual concerns, birth control and family planning, pregnancy confirmation, and prenatal genetic testing. Additional services include evaluation and treatment for urinary incontinence, infections, pelvic pain, fibroids, endometriosis, PCOS, prolapse, abnormal Pap results, and infertility or recurrent pregnancy loss. Southern Charm Women’s Health also offers vaccinations, hereditary cancer screening, outpatient and minimally invasive surgeries, and in-office procedures. The clinic is located on West Ralph Hall Parkway in Rockwall and schedules appointments by phone.
