Founded in 2007 by Patrick Savioz and Laurent Seydoux, SDATAWAY SA was born of a single idea – a concept to simplify firewall system management in the construction industry. Over the following years, the company continued to spark innovation in the building regulation sector and development of electronic and software products. From a duo to a team of ten engineers two years later, a third associate, Samer Abo, joined the team in 2010 and added an important new skill set: the mass manufacture of electronic products. The same year, the automation department became a company in its own right and is now called SDAutomation SA, based in Sierre. SDATAWAY SA has successfully completed more than 600 Research & Development projects, each one developed by the skilled, multi-disciplinary team of engineers on site.
