Swiss Diamond Flyers

Swiss Diamond Flyers is a group of passionate private pilots based at Bad Ragaz airfield in Switzerland. Since 2023, the group has operated a Diamond DA40, offering visitors and pilots ways to experience the Swiss Alps from the air. Its scenic flights depart from Bad Ragaz and include routes over the Walensee, Heidiland and the Matterhorn; flights are also available as gift vouchers. For those who want to take to the skies themselves, Swiss Diamond Flyers provides private pilot training. Licensed pilots can also charter an aircraft.

The group’s home base is situated between the cantons of St. Gallen and Graubünden, in an alpine setting close to the A13 motorway. Bad Ragaz airfield has a paved runway and modern facilities, and its sheltered location is described as often clear and sunny, allowing flights throughout the year. Swiss Diamond Flyers combines local flying expertise with opportunities for sightseeing, learning and aircraft charter, making the airfield a starting point for journeys across the surrounding mountain landscape.
