United Counties SDG is a brand that offers a range of services and products to the residents of Stormont, Dundas, and Glengarry. With a population of over 65,000 people, SDG has a rich history dating back to the founding of Ontario. As an upper-tier government, SDG consists of six local municipalities, ensuring effective governance and representation.

The Counties Council, composed of two representatives from each municipality, meets regularly to address various issues and make decisions. The brand's departments cover a wide range of services, including transportation and infrastructure, planning, library services, court services, economic development, corporate services, and financial services.
