San Diego Judo is a martial arts dojo in Poway, California, offering instruction for children, adults, beginners, and experienced competitors. Its programs introduce students to judo, a Japanese martial art and Olympic sport focused on throws, pins, and controlled grappling. Training develops technique, timing, balance, and leverage, alongside confidence, focus, resilience, and respect for training partners. Students begin with safe falling and fundamental movement, then build skills progressively at their own pace.

Programs include Little Judokas for ages four to six, Kids Judo for ages seven and older, an optional competition team for young athletes by coach recommendation, and adult classes ranging from fundamentals to intermediate and advanced training. Adult sessions include all-levels and randori practice. Private instruction is also available by appointment for technical development, competition preparation, or an introduction to judo. Competition is an option rather than a requirement, with recreational and competitive students training in the same community.
