SDPro GmbH

SDPro GmbH, or Soziale Dienstleistungs- & Produktionsgesellschaft, is the operating and administrative company of the charitable Helga Keil-Bastendorff Foundation in Austria. It connects and supports the foundation’s nonprofit organisations, coordinating administration, infrastructure, quality assurance, communication and shared systems. Its work helps ensure the delivery of educational, conductive multi-therapeutic and sports programmes across the foundation’s services.

SDPro also manages the agricultural operations of Öko-Landgut Sonnenfeld, an inclusive organic farm, and runs commercial activities. These include a vegetarian kitchen providing daily catering for children, young people and adults, as well as a repair workshop for household and garden equipment and bicycles, which is being developed. Through these workplaces, SDPro offers young people with disabilities or barriers to training practical opportunities, including internships, work trials and employment.

The company contributes to inclusive education, vocational development and workplace integration in partnership with the foundation’s nonprofit organisations. Its wider purpose is to support people with disabilities, mental health challenges and social disadvantages through coordinated services and meaningful opportunities for participation.
