SDT – Scuola di Tifo is an Italian social promotion association registered in the Third Sector Entities register. It works to help young people develop a positive culture around sport and cheering, offering an alternative to fan behavior based on insults and violence. Its central principle is to support your own team, never to target the opposing side.
Through sport and organized cheering, SDT promotes values including respect, inclusion, sharing, teamwork, enthusiasm, enjoyment and a sense of belonging. The association aims to encourage equal opportunities for participation in physical and sporting activities, in healthy and safe environments. Its programs are designed for sports clubs, schools, leagues and federations, and combine educational and social goals with practical sporting experiences.
SDT also organizes events and other initiatives, shares information about its mission and activities, and invites supporters to contribute to the project. By helping young fans discover the positive side of sport, Scuola di Tifo seeks to make the stands a place for encouragement, participation and respect for everyone involved
