SEA, the State Secretariat for Administration of Santa Catarina, is a government organization serving citizens, businesses and public employees. Its portal brings together information, public services, official notices and channels for contacting the department and other state institutions. The Secretariat’s work spans the management of state assets, procurement and contracts, administrative and financial operations, workforce development, and employee health and support. Visitors can find institutional documents, organizational information, process inventories, privacy resources, job selection notices and public-sector opportunities.

SEA also oversees the State Public Archive, which preserves and organizes historical and administrative records. The archive offers information on heritage education, virtual exhibitions, training, in-person research, technical processing and paleographic transcription. The portal provides access to public auctions, government transparency resources, the Official Gazette, purchasing services and the state’s SGPe system. It also shares news about administrative initiatives and connects users with its ombudsman, service channels and social media. Through these resources, SEA supports the operation of Santa Catarina’s state administration and helps the public navigate its services and information.
