Sean Croxton

Sean Croxton is an educator and podcaster whose work focuses on personal growth and lasting behavioral change. Through Money Mind Academy, he helps people identify the underlying patterns shaping their financial decisions and develop new habits and a stronger sense of agency. The academy’s practical, three-part approach guides members to recognize their money patterns, interrupt the reactions that sustain them, and build evidence of change through consistent action. Its topics include managing debt, saving, financial confidence, boundaries, and addressing avoidance around accounts, bills, taxes, and money conversations.

Money Mind Academy offers a free Money Patterns Quiz and report, a five-day Money Mind Challenge, and enrollment in its academy program. Croxton also provides a podcast featuring motivation, ideas, and mindset-focused discussions. His approach emphasizes examining the beliefs and automatic responses behind financial behavior rather than relying on willpower alone, shame, or promises of effortless abundance. Before focusing on money mindset, Croxton founded Underground Wellness and helped people improve their physical well-being.
