SearchEd is a teaching-jobs directory that helps candidates find openings at public schools. It gathers listings directly from school districts’ own job pages and organizes them in a searchable format, giving job seekers a way to explore opportunities without creating an account. The site currently covers public school districts in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Delaware, and New Jersey, with particularly broad coverage in Pennsylvania, where it lists jobs from 222 districts.

Users can search and filter vacancies by state, county, school district, job category, duration, subject, and grade level. Listings span roles such as classroom teachers, special education educators, school nurses, counselors, speech and language pathologists, administrators, and other school professionals. Positions may include full-time and long-term substitute opportunities, alongside details such as posting dates, application deadlines, grade levels, and school districts.

SearchEd also provides tools to sort results, save searches, and review current openings. Its directory is designed to make public school employment opportunities easier to discover by bringing district-posted vacancies together in one place.
