Seattle Comedy Theater

Seattle Comedy Theater is a Fremont-based performance and education venue and the home of ComedySportz and the Seattle School of Improv. A longstanding part of the local improv community, it offers changing live shows for first-time visitors, regular audiences, and performers alike. ComedySportz pits two teams of comedians against each other in audience-driven improv games, while Sound and Fury creates unscripted scenes inspired by Shakespeare and audience suggestions. The theater also presents special events, including an all-ages puppy-themed show benefiting Resilient Hearts Animal Sanctuary.

Beyond performances, Seattle Comedy Theater offers classes for people interested in learning improv and developing their skills. Its Atlas Theater has two rentable performance spaces, seating 70 and 25, with the venue accommodating up to 125 guests. Rentals suit productions, rehearsals, meetings, parties, and other gatherings. The theater also creates customized private shows and events, available on-site, virtually, or at clients’ locations. For organizations, its team provides tailored keynote speaking and improv-based workshops focused on listening, collaboration, adaptability, public speaking, and confidence.
