Seattle Women’s & Moms’ Clinic was a North Seattle health clinic focused on personalized, accessible, and empowering care. The clinic served patients from adolescence through menopause and built its approach around longer visits, a small care team, and closer relationships between patients and providers. Its website states that the clinic closed at the end of December 2022.

Women’s health services included annual exams and Pap tests, birth control counseling and procedures such as IUD and Nexplanon insertion and removal, menopause care, hormone therapy, STI screening and treatment, and support for menstrual concerns, pelvic pain, PCOS, urinary tract infections, breast concerns, and sexual health. The clinic also offered preconception consultations, pregnancy testing, prenatal breastfeeding consultations, lactation support, and adolescent gynecology care.

Beyond women’s health, the clinic provided psychiatric assessment and medication management by telemedicine, as well as physical therapy with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Other features included virtual visits, online appointment scheduling and prescription refill requests, onsite routine blood work and immunizations, and an online dispensary offering wellness products.
