About Sea World Carnivale
Sea World Carnivale is an after-dark festival at Sea World on Australia’s Gold Coast, combining rides, live entertainment, food and family activities in a colourful celebration. The event brings together themed precincts inspired by Mexico, Rio, New Orleans and Africa, each with its own atmosphere, performances and flavours. Visitors can enjoy a live Mariachi band and Mexican favourites, samba rhythms and glittering costumes, New Orleans-style jazz and Mardi Gras performers, or African drumming and high-energy shows.
Carnivale also features festive street food, sweet treats, cocktails and beer, alongside attractions such as the Leviathan and Trident rides and Castaway Bay Battle Boats. Guests can experience rides and exhibits after dark, watch the ONE Dolphin Presentation and light shows, and encounter roving performers and family activities throughout the event. The Sea World theme parks app offers interactive maps, showtimes and ride wait times to help visitors plan their evening.
