Sébastien Gaudard is a Parisian pastry and confectionery brand led by master pastry chef and chocolatier Sébastien Gaudard. Rooted in a family tradition begun by his father in Lorraine in the 1960s, the brand combines classic recipes and savoir-faire with a contemporary welcome. Its creations include fresh pastries such as lemon tart, Tropézienne, Polonaise, Merveilleux and Mont Blanc, as well as macarons, artisan chocolate bars, filled chocolates and confectionery.
The range also features fine groceries, including teas, infusions, coffee, homemade jams, syrups, chocolate spread and salted-butter caramels. Savoury options, such as quiches, Caesar salad and croque monsieur, are available alongside sweet treats. The brand operates two Paris locations: La Pâtisserie des Martyrs and the Salon de Thé–Pâtisserie des Tuileries, where guests can enjoy pastries, café and lunch in welcoming settings.
