Sebeobrana Nico

Sebeobrana NICO is a self-defense training club for children and adults. Its focus is on teaching simple, natural principles that participants can use in everyday situations, including at school and on the street. The club aims to make self-defense accessible and practical, helping people build confidence and feel more secure in daily life.

NICO welcomes people of different ages and abilities, and works to create a supportive environment where participants can be themselves, learn at their own pace, and feel comfortable making mistakes as they develop. Its website provides information about training for children and adults, the club’s approach, and where and when sessions take place. Visitors can also explore details about the club community, current activities, and recruitment for the 2026–2027 season, as well as view an events calendar and contact the organization. Sebeobrana NICO presents its training as more than learning physical techniques: it offers a welcoming setting in which participants can gradually strengthen their confidence and learn useful self-defense principles for real-life contexts.
