Hong Kong General Chamber of Social Enterprises, also known as 社企總會, is a prominent platform and advocate for the social enterprise movement in Hong Kong. Established in 2009, they understand the diverse needs of social enterprise operations and are dedicated to creating a conducive environment for their development. By fostering favorable business conditions, they aim to generate employment opportunities for marginalized communities and contribute to the prosperity and stability of Hong Kong.

The vision of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Social Enterprises is to become a collaborative platform that influences social enterprises in Hong Kong, unites the sector, promotes industry development, and creates a progressive and inclusive society. To achieve this vision, they have four main missions: promoting positive social impact, facilitating collaboration between social enterprises and various sectors, supporting and advocating for social enterprise development, and providing training and enhancing operational efficiency for social enterprises. Their goals include driving the social enterprise movement, advocating for social enterprises, acting as a communication bridge between social enterprises, the government, business sector, academic field, and social welfare sector, supporting and improving the operational capabilities of social enterprises, and fostering greater public awareness and support for social enterprises.
