Sechex nous

Séchex-Nous is a Michelin-starred gastronomic restaurant in the village of Séchex, near Lake Geneva in France’s Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. Opened in 2023 by chef Lucas Dumélie and restaurant director Manon Moleins-Plassat, the house combines refined cooking with a warm, straightforward welcome. It earned its first Michelin star in March 2025.

The cuisine reflects the surrounding landscape and seasons, highlighting Lake Geneva fish, vegetables from nearby market gardeners, and herbs gathered from the garden and local forests. Chef Dumélie’s approach features precise cooking, expressive sauces, and ingredients prepared to preserve their freshness and character. Guests can choose seasonal tasting menus of three, five, or seven courses, paired with wines selected by Manon, including local bottles and discoveries from further afield.

Séchex-Nous also offers gift vouchers and three guest rooms, allowing visitors to extend their stay. The restaurant welcomes diners for lunch and dinner from Wednesday to Saturday, and for dinner on Tuesday. Table reservations and accommodation bookings are available through the restaurant.
