Second Spring Midlife Women's Health

Second Spring Midlife Women’s Health is a telehealth practice focused on helping women navigate perimenopause and menopause with informed, personalized support. Founded by Heidi Biegel, a Yale-trained Certified Nurse-Midwife with 20 years of experience, the practice combines modern medicine with integrative and functional approaches. Biegel is a certified menopause practitioner and has additional certification in integrative and functional medicine.

Services include telehealth consultations for menopausal symptoms and hormone care, as well as a medically supported weight-loss program. Care may address concerns such as hot flashes, sleep difficulties, mood changes, brain fog, irregular periods, vaginal dryness, and weight changes. Biegel works with clients to explore their health history, goals, and possible underlying factors, then develop a wellness plan that may include nutrition, activity, supplements, or medication when appropriate. The practice’s support complements care from a client’s existing healthcare providers rather than replacing in-person examinations or emergency services.

Second Spring also offers online and in-person small-group classes, educational resources, a newsletter, and a supplement store.
