About OSA
At Organic Seed Alliance (OSA), we are committed to creating organic seed systems that promote democracy, justice, and support human and environmental health. Our mission is to put the power of seed into the hands of growers everywhere. We offer a wide range of programs, including research, education, advocacy, and publications, to empower farmers and advance organic seed.
Our publications, such as How-to Guides, Reports, and Webinars, provide valuable resources for seed growers and farmers. We also have a range of tools and resources, including the Seed Economics Toolkit and the Seed Internship Program, to support organic seed production. One of our key initiatives is the State of Organic Seed project, which monitors and improves the diversity, quality, and integrity of organic seed available in the US.
We also provide an online Organic Seed Producers Directory, connecting organic seed producers with seed companies and wholesale seed buyers. Join us in our mission to grow seed for the common good. Through education, research, and advocacy, we are working towards a healthier and more sustainable food system.
Together, we can make a positive impact on the future of organic seed
