At seeders & seekers, we are a private investors club that offers a unique platform for exclusive seed investments into early-stage startups. We are passionate about both learning and investing, seeking out inspiring entrepreneurs and investing in companies that are reshaping society. Our approach to investment sets us apart from traditional angel investor clubs or venture capital firms.
We redefine the category of early-stage investment by focusing on product-market fit, profitable business models, good corporate governance, and successful go-to-market strategies. As the company matures, we place emphasis on ESG and enhanced governance. As international investors with a track record of success, we combine the best of both worlds to build the future together.
While we are industry-agnostic, we have deep knowledge in automotive, finance, and F&B. We are also excited about Cybersecurity and AI/ML and actively learning about them. Our investment process is democratic, giving individuals the freedom to decide whether to invest alongside others.
We facilitate pitch meetings, provide executive summaries, and create detailed investment consideration documents. When a syndicate is formed, we utilize the digital platform Vauban. io to set up a special-purpose vehicle, simplifying the investment process for our members.
We offer various ways to invest, including company ownership, convertible notes, and SAFEs, providing choices and helping diversify risk. With a performance-based incentive of 15% carry, our interests align with yours. Together, we are not just investing in companies - we are helping build a future where everyone wins.
To become a member, there is an annual fee of $800, and you have the opportunity to receive an allocation of carried interest if you source a deal or act as a deal captain. We also have an incentive scheme to reward our most engaged members. Our core team has a wide global experience with diverse entrepreneurial and CxO backgrounds, enabling us to provide valuable support to our portfolio teams.
