Seema Sutradhar is the co-founder of SEEM, a management consultancy and RegTech startup that is revolutionizing the financial and real economy sectors. With over 18 years of experience in various corporate roles, Seema has honed her craft and expertise in software development, technology, and data. After facing multiple job losses, she became an entrepreneur out of necessity and founded SEEM with a mission to create a sustainable ecosystem for entities to thrive and grow.
SEEM specializes in helping leading financial institutions and large corporations undergo systemic change for their Just NZ Transition, ensuring long-term sustainability. They deploy standardized NZ Transition Plans based on their unique Change through Movement (CTM) methodology. By utilizing purpose, universal ESG metrics, and other expert knowledge, SEEM guides companies on their sustainable journey.
Additionally, SEEM offers the regTech product CBD (Compliance by Design) to corporate and investment banks. This innovative solution helps banks comply with regulations, break down data silos, and integrate ESG metrics, ensuring a more agile and sustainable financial system.
