See the Ability

See the Ability is an NDIS-registered provider of inclusive personal training for people with intellectual and physical disabilities. Serving clients across Melbourne and the Gold Coast, the organisation believes physical activity should be accessible to everyone, regardless of individual abilities. Its experienced coaches deliver personalised sessions designed around each person’s goals, needs, training considerations and motivations.

The service begins with a conversation and an introductory session to help the trainer understand the client and shape an appropriate plan. Once regular sessions are arranged, trainers come to the client and provide the exercise equipment and activities. Programs aim to make movement enjoyable while supporting goals such as improving mobility, increasing energy, building physical strength and developing healthy fitness habits. See the Ability also offers online fitness programs for those who are not ready to commit to in-person training.

The organisation’s approach is informed by experience engaging clients with varied needs, including people with autism and challenging behaviours.
