DigitalPA offers Legality Whistleblowing, a secure software platform for managing reports of wrongdoing in public administrations, private companies, and other organizations. Designed to support compliance with Italian and European whistleblowing rules, including Legislative Decree 24/2023 and ANAC guidance, the platform helps organizations receive, assess, and manage reports while protecting confidentiality. It is accessible on computers, smartphones, and tablets, and provides encrypted handling of report content and attachments, multilingual support, customizable forms, and multi-organization management. A companion mobile app enables voice submissions.

The service includes implementation, infrastructure management, technical support, maintenance, user guides, and training, including courses for anti-corruption officers. Authorized managers can review reports, communicate securely with whistleblowers, request additional information, and track case progress. DigitalPA also provides related solutions based on the platform: Legality Parità di Genere for reports concerning workplace discrimination, unequal treatment, or harassment in support of UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification, and Legality Safeguarding for confidential reports of abuse, violence, or discrimination in sport. The platform is described as ACN-certified and aligned with relevant information-security and compliance standards.
