Segogarden

Segogarden is a sustainable nursery and gardening business based in Basardilla, in the province of Segovia, Spain. Established as a gardening practice in 2006, it opened its garden-nursery project in 2020 to help visitors discover plants suited to the local climate and the Sierra de Guadarrama. The nursery offers selected ornamental plants, including trees, conifers, shrubs, climbing plants, roses, and herbaceous perennials, with guidance on choosing species for each garden.

Segogarden also designs, creates, maintains, restores, and rehabilitates private gardens, with a particular focus on small-scale spaces where practical use and thoughtful details matter. Its team provides personalized advice, planting and layout recommendations, and ongoing care adapted to each client’s needs and budget. The business emphasizes sustainable choices, favoring plants suited to their surroundings, efficient water use, and natural or recycled materials. Led by master gardener Guillermo Cuadrado, the team combines professional experience with a close, collaborative approach. Segogarden also shares gardening knowledge through training and educational content, and invites visitors to arrange an appointment at its nursery.
