Sejo Engineering is a privately owned, family-run engineering business with four decades of experience in the food and beverage technology sector. Now in its third generation of Rohrmüller family involvement, the company designs durable, hygienic solutions for clients in South Africa and across Africa, with a focus on the African market. Its work serves breweries, beverage manufacturers, dairies, cereal and sauce plants, and enzyme extraction operations.
The company provides process engineering and project management for hygienic plants, from standalone equipment to fully automated, turnkey installations. Services cover process design, plant layouts, utilities, CAD and 3D modelling, automation and SCADA, procurement, installation, commissioning and operator training. Designs follow EHEDG hygienic engineering standards.
Sejo Engineering also supplies pre-tested, skid-mounted equipment, including CIP plants, mobile CIP trolleys, blenders, yeast propagation units, carbonators, pumps, heaters, coolers and sterile filtration units. Its projects range from plant expansions and processing installations to filling-line work and complete brewery or beverage plants.
