Budo-Club-Augsburg e. V. is a martial arts and self-protection club founded in 1986 and based in the Augsburg area of Germany.

Alongside martial arts, it offers practical prevention and personal-safety training for children, girls, and women. Its programs aim to build confidence, awareness, and the ability to respond appropriately to challenging or dangerous situations. The “SAG NEIN!” course helps children aged 5 to 10 practise skills such as saying no, keeping their distance, leaving unsafe situations, and telling a trusted adult what happened.

Courses are designed to be playful and reassuring, and parents take part so they can discuss and adapt the lessons with their children. “NICHT MIT MIR!” provides self-protection training for girls and women aged 12 and older, combining mental preparation, technical and tactical instruction, and realistic scenario practice. The club also teaches age-appropriate Modern Self-Defense, drawing on techniques from several martial arts and its prevention program.

Training supports movement, motor skills, fairness, and self-confidence. The club welcomes participants with disabilities and is supported by experienced instructors and volunteers
