Selbstverteidigung Kampfkunstschule

Selbstverteidigung Kampfkunstschule is a martial arts and self-defense school serving Nördlingen and Heidenheim. It offers Wing Tai Kung Fu training for adults, children, and young people, with an emphasis on practical self-defense, personal confidence, and respectful interaction. The school describes Wing Tai as a Chinese martial art built around efficient movements and a training system called Chi Sao, or “sticky hands,” which develops tactile reflexes for responding to physical contact.

Its approach is intended for people of different fitness levels and does not require exceptional athleticism or acrobatic ability. Training also promotes discipline, perseverance, courage, and self-belief. Children’s classes support movement skills, concentration, coordination, and confidence, while partner exercises help participants become more comfortable working with others.

The school also aims to help young people assess risks and respond appropriately in challenging situations. Visitors are invited to attend a free trial training session. The website provides information about the training schedule, children’s classes, and how to get in touch
