About SelectionF
SelectionF is a non-profit initiative dedicated to bridging the gap between highly qualified female board candidates and modern boards in the Nordic region. We are passionate about increasing the representation of women in leadership positions and provide a platform for competent and experienced businesswomen to connect with companies that embrace diversity and innovation. Operating across Denmark, Norway, and Sweden, SelectionF represents over 500 personally screened and validated candidates.
We have successfully placed candidates in renowned companies such as RICE A/S, Nordic Wood Industries, and Spectre A/S. Our focus is on creating value-creating boards and offering a professional and structured process to help companies find their next board member. We offer matchmaking services and can assist with initial board clarification.
