Selle³⁶⁹

Selle is the artistic practice of Oslo-based painter Jørgen Hageselle, whose work explores fear, intuition, and freedom through expressive portraits and raw oil paintings. Describing his approach as painting “the things that arrive before I understand them,” Hageselle draws on shapes, eyes, and figures that emerge through a process of letting go. His work speaks to people who overthink life but still want to play with it, finding a sense of possibility within fear.
