Selva Restaurant

Selva is a rooftop restaurant in Amsterdam, located on the 24th floor of the nhow Amsterdam RAI hotel. Inspired by the Amazon rainforest, the restaurant brings together Latin American flavors, vivid design, and expansive views, offering guests an immersive dining experience above the city. Its interior, created by El Equipo Creativo, draws on the colors and textures of the rainforest. In 2024, Selva was named Best New Rooftop by Entree Magazine.

The restaurant serves lunch and dinner, with a lunch menu, à la carte menu, and chef’s menu, alongside a selection of wines and cocktails. Its food celebrates the rich flavors of Latin America, while the bar offers crafted drinks, including inventive takes on familiar favorites. Selva also hosts special occasions and themed events, such as Latin American brunches and celebrations. Open throughout the week, it welcomes guests for meals and drinks in a distinctive setting with a 360-degree view of Amsterdam.
