Seminar Erleben is the personal seminar and experiential-learning practice of Michael Baader, an experiential educator and martial artist based in Taufkirchen, Germany. The brand creates individually tailored experiences for companies, groups and school classes, shaping each seminar around participants’ needs and goals. Its approach is grounded in established experiential-education methods and uses learning activities that engage body, mind and emotions, with clear communication before, during and after each event.

Teambuilding programs help groups strengthen communication and cooperation through shared challenges, enjoyable activities and memorable experiences.
