Senadis Chile

The Servicio Nacional de la Discapacidad (SENADIS) is Chile’s national public service focused on disability and inclusion. Its work spans education, health, employment, accessibility, independent living, rights, technology, culture and sport. Through programs and public calls, SENADIS supports people with disabilities, students, organizations and service teams.

Its offerings include higher-education scholarships and support services, technical aids, inclusive project funding, employment inclusion initiatives, and programs that promote independent living and community-based rehabilitation. The agency also provides information on disability rights, access to justice, inclusive education and the National Disability Registry, including guidance on disability credentials and related benefits. SENADIS publishes studies, reports, practical guides and public information, and offers channels for participation, consultations and public accountability.

It works across Chile’s regions and shares news, activities, training opportunities and resources through its website. SENADIS’s programs and services aim to strengthen the inclusion, autonomy and participation of people with disabilities in society
