Send Hope

Send Hope is a Christian nonprofit organization supporting children and youth in La Mosquitia, Honduras. Its mission is to demonstrate Christ-like love by addressing children’s physical, spiritual, and emotional needs and offering hope and opportunity for a brighter future. The organization works toward a vision of healthy, educated, empowered children and families who can build self-sufficient lives free from hunger and medical need.

Send Hope’s House of Hope provides a safe, loving home for children and youth who are physically disabled, abused, neglected, malnourished, or orphaned. The program works to meet residents’ medical, emotional, and educational needs. Its Nourishment Program provides nutritional support across the region and helps prevent malnourishment linked to economic hardship, with the goal of enabling more children to remain with their families. Through Community Outreach, Send Hope facilitates medical surgeries, responds to medical needs, distributes school supplies, and supports primary education at Escuela Casa Esperanza. The organization also shares monthly newsletters and invites supporters to contribute to its work.
