We built Sendmux because every AI agent, whether it's handling customer support, sales outreach, scheduling, or monitoring, eventually needs to talk to the world through email. The problem was that no single platform handled both sides: sending emails reliably across multiple providers and receiving them in structured, AI-ready formats.

So we built one.

Sendmux combines multi-provider outbound routing with managed inbound mailboxes in a single control plane. On the sending side, developers connect their SMTP accounts, Gmail, or Outlook, and let Sendmux distribute the load, enforce quotas, and fail over automatically when a provider goes down. On the receiving side, agents get dedicated mailboxes with structured JSON parsing that strips HTML boilerplate and cuts LLM token costs by up to 80%. No more parsing email threads manually. No more separate billing for sending and receiving.
