Founder Tristan Mischke-Reeds started in email marketing at WellCopy before launching SendVelocity. Today the team runs the full retention program end to end, covering strategy, copy, design, Klaviyo and Postscript builds, campaign sends, and reporting, so brand owners never have to log into their ESP.
Every engagement follows the same system. Week one is an in-depth audit, deliverability fixes, and a 60-day roadmap. The first month brings pop-ups, 8+ core flows, and weekly campaigns. After that comes campaign ramp-up, ongoing A/B testing, and monthly deep-dives.
