Senior Fit24

Senior Fit 24 provides personalized fitness and wellbeing services for older adults in Hamburg and the Pinneberg district. Led by Sven, a qualified senior trainer, the brand aims to help people maintain independence, mobility and quality of life through safe, enjoyable activities tailored to individual needs and abilities. Training can take place at home or in small groups, and services are available to individuals, community organizations and healthcare and wellness providers.

Programs focus on balance and coordination, fall prevention, joint-friendly movement, strength, mobility and gentle cardiovascular exercise. Additional offerings include memory and relaxation activities, spine and pelvic-floor training, water exercise, and dance while standing or seated. Small-group sessions also encourage social interaction. Sven’s training background includes gerontology, senior exercise, nutrition, communication, first aid and age-related health and cognitive changes. Senior Fit 24 can provide courses, workshops and preventive activity programs for adult education centers, senior day centers, assisted living facilities, fitness studios and workplace health initiatives.
