SeniorMed is a family-run private care home for older adults in Granica, in Poland’s West Pomeranian region, about 80 kilometres from Szczecin. Set among woodland and greenery near Ińsko National Park, the residence offers a peaceful setting, a large garden and a glazed conservatory. Its accessible facilities and welcoming approach are designed to help residents feel safe, comfortable and at home, with visits welcome throughout the day.

SeniorMed provides short-term stays of seven days to two months, long-term and post-hospital care, and support for people with complex or serious health needs, including palliative care. Qualified care and medical staff provide round-the-clock support, nursing services, medication and wound care, regular internal medicine consultations, help with daily activities, and individually tailored meals. Residents can also take part in occupational therapy and rehabilitation, including programmes for older adults and people recovering from strokes, injuries or orthopaedic procedures, as well as those with Parkinson’s disease or multiple sclerosis. Additional services include laundry, personal grooming and pressure sore prevention.
