SenseAbility Therapy

SenseAbility Therapy provides paediatric occupational therapy for children, teenagers and young adults across North Brisbane and Moreton Bay. Led by an experienced occupational therapist and qualified Ayres Sensory Integration® practitioner, the practice offers personalised, sensory-informed support to help clients build skills, confidence and participation in everyday life. Therapy addresses sensory processing and emotional regulation, fine and gross motor development, handwriting, executive functioning, self-care, school participation and independence.

Services include functional capacity assessments, with detailed evaluations and reports outlining strengths, functional impacts, support needs and recommendations. Capacity-building occupational therapy uses individualised, goal-focused programs to develop daily living skills and independence, while private therapy is available for self-funded participants and families. Sessions can take place at home, at school, in the community or online through telehealth.

SenseAbility Therapy accepts plan-managed and self-managed NDIS funding, Medicare services and private payment. Its online shop, The OT Supplier, offers selected occupational therapy resources, including sensory tools, fine motor activities, assistive technology and everyday supports for use at home and school.
