**Brand Description: SensorWiki.org**

SensorWiki.org is an innovative online resource dedicated to exploring and reviewing the diverse range of sensing technologies employed in musical applications. Established in 2004 by Professor Marcelo M. Wanderley and a group of graduate students from McGill University's Input Devices and Music Interaction Laboratory, this platform serves as a dynamic knowledge base for researchers and enthusiasts in the field.

The website features a detailed examination of over 30 sensing techniques, along with descriptions of their principles and practical applications. Users can find comprehensive information on various devices implementing these techniques, including purchasing links, pricing, device images, setup diagrams, and instructional videos showcasing the technology in action. Additionally, it offers simulation circuits compatible with CircuitMaker software, making it an invaluable tool for students, educators, and industry professionals. Since its inception, SensorWiki.org has evolved into a collaborative community project, inviting contributions to further enrich its extensive database on musical sensing technologies.
