AnnaCare Home is a home-support service from senvis Medical GmbH, developed in Wuppertal for older adults who live alone and the family members who care about their wellbeing. Its discreet sensor pad sits beneath a bed leg and learns the person’s usual bedtimes over the first few days. If their routine changes—for example, they do not go to bed as expected, do not return after getting up at night, or remain in bed unusually late—the system can call designated family members and other contacts in sequence.

It requires no camera, wearable device, or button for the person at home to operate. AnnaCare Home works with existing Wi-Fi or an optional LTE router, and the service includes an app for relatives; call recipients do not need an app. Pricing options include monthly Wi-Fi and LTE plans, as well as a one-time purchase with LTE service included for around two years.
