Sequim Counseling

Sequim Counseling is a mental health practice serving individuals and families in Sequim and throughout Washington State. Its compassionate, personalized approach aims to help clients reconnect with themselves, find greater peace, and build healthier relationships. The practice works with children, teens, and adults, as well as couples and families, offering support for concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and major life changes.

Services include individual therapy, child and teen counseling, LGBTQ+ counseling, couples counseling, family therapy, and online counseling for Washington residents. Sequim Counseling also offers medication management through psychiatric nurse practitioners, with evaluation and support that considers more than prescriptions alone. Therapy may include practical tools for coping with anxiety, communicating more effectively, and navigating emotions.

The practice offers appointment requests and helps clients find a therapist who accepts their insurance. In-person services are based at 435 W Bell Street, Suite B, in Sequim, and online appointments are available statewide. Sequim Counseling is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
