Serene Pregnancy is a maternity support service founded by Marie, a former midwife trained in France. Drawing on her medical experience and belief in birth as a natural, profound life event, Marie offers a holistic approach to pregnancy, birth preparation, and early parenthood. Her services are designed to nurture both body and mind, helping women feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their journey into motherhood.

Offerings include prenatal yoga, with safe movement, breathing awareness, relaxation, and labour positions to help expectant parents connect with their bodies and babies. Birth preparation sessions cover the physiology of natural birth and practical tools for approaching labour with greater confidence and calm. Breathing Awareness workshops teach techniques to ease anxiety and support women and their partners during birth. Marie also provides pregnancy and birth support as a doula, offering compassionate guidance and reassurance. Baby massage classes introduce nurturing touch to encourage bonding and communication between parents and babies. Serene Pregnancy aims to support each woman’s needs and foster a positive, connected transition into motherhood.
