Its work is designed to celebrate service, unit identity, retirement, promotions, and personal legacies.

Customers can choose from a catalog of ready-to-order designs or commission a one-of-a-kind piece using a badge, patch, photograph, or personal idea as a reference. Serenity Woodworks develops proofs for customer approval before carving, with designs available up to 48 inches. Pieces are offered in natural mahogany, relief-carved to showcase the wood grain, or in a full-color, hand-painted finish on high-end sign material. Each item is crafted in the family workshop and shipped with tracking; shipping is included. Custom projects typically take nine to eleven weeks unless another delivery date is agreed in advance.
