Serlogal 2. 0 is a dropshipping and distribution platform serving online retailers, particularly bookshops and stationery shops. It brings together catalogue and availability information from a network of distributors and warehouses offering books, games, stationery, video games, electronics and other products.

Retailers can expand their online selection without purchasing or storing stock: suppliers maintain the products, while Serlogal coordinates order allocation, handling and logistics so goods are delivered to the customer on the retailer’s behalf. The platform updates its catalogue daily and connects retailers with multiple suppliers through a single integration. Serlogal also provides customer support and helps address queries involving suppliers.

For businesses without a website, it offers an online shop ready to start selling. Suppliers can use the service to promote their catalogues and reach participating stores through one intermediary. Serlogal highlights more than 20 years of experience in logistics and e-commerce, and says orders can reach customers within 24 to 48 hours, with package information referring to the retailer
