Servaes Brewing Company (SBC) is a passionate and dynamic brand that embodies the essence of craft brewing. Founded by Courtney Servaes, SBC began as a casual hobby in 2012 and has since grown into a full-fledged obsession. With a focus on trying new things and exploring inventive flavor profiles, Courtney has brewed hundreds of different beers, constantly pushing the boundaries of traditional styles.
SBC's 6,000-square-foot brewery and taproom in downtown Shawnee, Kansas, opened to the public in April 2019 after a successful crowdfunding campaign. What sets SBC apart is their commitment to fluidity and innovation. They do not have flagship beers, allowing their offerings to be ever-evolving and rotating.
