ServInt is a hosting and infrastructure brand that was acquired by Leaseweb USA, Inc. in May 2018. Following the acquisition, customers were directed to Leaseweb’s Customer Portal to access their products, make payments, update account information, and manage support requests. The portal covers bare-metal servers, cloud servers, backup services, and support tickets, providing a central place for customers to manage their infrastructure.

Leaseweb traces its origins to Dutch founders who, while working as professional pilots, recognized the importance of reliability and global connections. The company provides resources to help customers operate and maintain their servers, including a knowledge base, service status updates, and API documentation for automating and integrating infrastructure. Its blog shares company updates, while social media channels offer additional ways to follow Leaseweb. Customers who need help accessing their accounts are advised to contact Leaseweb USA support. Overall, ServInt’s services and customer management have been incorporated into Leaseweb’s broader hosting and infrastructure platform.
