Leaseweb is a hosting and infrastructure provider whose website now directs former ServInt customers to Leaseweb services. Leaseweb USA, Inc. announced its acquisition of ServInt in May 2018, after which customers were directed to the Leaseweb Customer Portal to access products, make payments, update account information, and manage support requests. The portal supports bare-metal servers, cloud servers, backup services, and support tickets.

The company’s history traces back to Dutch founders who, while working as professional pilots, recognized the importance of reliable service and global connections. Leaseweb provides resources to help customers manage and use their infrastructure, including a knowledge base with server-management guidance, a status page for ongoing incidents, and API documentation for automation and integration. Its website also features company updates through a blog and social media channels. Customers can contact Leaseweb support for assistance with their accounts and services. Overall, Leaseweb combines hosting products with customer-management tools and practical information for users operating server infrastructure.
