Social Enterprise Summit (SES) is a series of non-profit events and programmes organised by Hong Kong Social Entrepreneurship Forum, co-organised by the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region together with over 30 civic groups and NGOs. The International Symposium is an annual event since 2008, attracting an increasing number of delegates each year, from Hong Kong, Chinese Mainland, the Asia-Pacific region and beyond. Since 2014, an array of Community Entrepreneurship-based programmes has expanded the engagement beyond the conference in Hong Kong. SES has become a major cross-sector platform among the civil, business, government, and academic sectors in the region to advance social entrepreneurship and social innovations for positive social changes. 社企民間高峰會為一系列非牟利活動及項目,由社會創業論壇主辦,並聯同香港特別行政區政府民政及青年事務局及三十多個香港民間團體與非政府組織合辦。其旗艦活動「國際研討會」是自2008年以來的年度盛會,每年參加人數與日俱增,當中不少與會者來自香港、中國內地、亞太地區及世界各地。自2014年起舉辦的一系列社區計劃更將參與範圍延伸出會議室以外的香港各區。高峰會也成功凝聚民、商、政、學以及其他不同界別人士,共同探討及推動社會創新及社企精神,建構更美善的社會。

About Social Enterprise Summit
Social Enterprise Summit (SES) is a brand that organizes a series of non-profit events and programs focused on social entrepreneurship and social innovation. It is organized by the Hong Kong Social Entrepreneurship Forum and co-organized by the Home Affairs Bureau of the HKSAR Government, along with over 20 civic groups and NGOs. SES provides a platform for social entrepreneurs, social innovators, NGOs, businesses, investors, academics, and the government to come together for cross-sector innovation.
Their flagship event, the annual International Symposium, has been attracting a growing number of attendees since 2008 from Hong Kong, China, the Asia Pacific region, and beyond. In addition to the Symposium, SES also offers a range of community programs to foster collective engagement and encourage social entrepreneurship among young people. The organization aims to promote social entrepreneurship and social innovation as agents of positive social change, enhance the capabilities of social enterprises and businesses, nurture innovative entrepreneurship among youth, and bridge funding bodies with social entrepreneurs and innovators.
