About Software Engineering Students Association
SESA (Software Engineering Students Association) is the official association for the students and alumni of the Software Engineering program at the University of Auckland. Our association is proudly supported by Gold and Silver sponsors. At SESA, we organize and host a variety of events for our members, including career workshops, game nights, and industry talks in collaboration with our sponsors.
We also act as a liaison between the department and the Software Engineering students, addressing any relevant issues they may have regarding course content or difficulties in learning. Becoming a member of SESA is simple and completely free. All you need to do is fill out the membership form, even if you joined last year.
Membership doesn't roll over, so it's important to fill out the form each year. To stay updated and engage with fellow members, don't forget to join our active Facebook Group! In our latest news, we hosted the SESA x WDCC Hackathon 2022, where participants had an incredible weekend creating innovative projects.
