Sesh

Sesh is a calendar and event-planning bot for Discord servers, designed to help communities coordinate activities without lengthy scheduling discussions. Users can create events with a single message and enter times in flexible formats, while automatic timezone conversion makes it easier for members in different regions to participate. Events support RSVPs and optional reminders, with customizable images, descriptions, colors, and response options. Hosts can set attendee limits, manage waitlists, and assign Discord roles to people who RSVP.

For groups deciding when to meet, Sesh offers availability polls that members can answer through Discord or the web. Its polls include live results, bar graphs, anonymous voting, and optional member-submitted answers. Time polls help groups choose a suitable event time. Sesh also links events to Google Calendar and other calendar apps, and event and attendee data can be exported. Premium features include recurring events, two-way Google Calendar sync, custom RSVP options, and role-based restrictions on RSVPs and voting.
